Authenticity of this work has been confirmed by Barford Sculptures. Work was made from sitting at fourth Triangle Workshop, Pine Plains, Mashomack and cast by Tallix Foundry.

  • Provenance: Private Collection, Phoenix, Arizona acquired from James Corcoran Gallery, Santa Monica, California which was consigned to them from the Acquavella Contemporary Art Gallery in New York.

  • Literature: This work is illustrated and documented in the Dieter Blume book Figurative Sculptures, 1984-1989, Volume VIII on page 79. The work is documented as A017 in the catalog and the model for the sculpture is identified as Concetta Branson.
