2020 Fall Larsen Art Auction

Saturday, October 24, 2020 beginning at 10:00 am MST.  Attendee, telephone and absentee bidders can register by clicking the REGISTER TO BID button at the top of the website or by printing and sending the Bidder Registration Printable form.  Registration for online bidding is available through LiveAuctioneers.com, Invaluable.com or Bidsquare.com.

Location

The 2020 Fall Larsen Art Auction will be held at the Larsen Gallery at 3705 N. Bishop Lane, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 beginning at 10am.  Doors will open at 8am.  Attendees are required to register with our bidder registration tables at the front of the gallery.  Registrants can participate as an in-person, telephone or absentee bidder or online at LiveAuctioneers.com, Invaluable.com or Bidsquare.com.

Preview Lots

You can preview the artwork being offered from September 12 through October 23 at the Larsen Gallery from 10 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. The Larsen Gallery is located at 3705 N. Bishop Lane in Scottsdale, AZ 85251 phone 480 941 0900.

Preview Party

Due to the current situation the Larsen Gallery will not be hosting a Preview Party for this auction.  However, as noted above, we encourage interested parties to preview the artwork being offered from September 12 through October 23 at the Larsen Gallery from 10 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. The Larsen Gallery is located at 3705 N. Bishop Lane in Scottsdale, AZ 85251 phone 480 941 0900. 

Registration

Registration is required to bid on lots in the auction.  Please complete online or printable forms under the REGISTER TO BID tab or click the REGISTER TO BID button.  Register for internet bidding through LiveAuctioners, Invaluable or Bidsquare.

Payment Instructions

Invoices will be forwarded via email the day after the auction.  All winning bidders are to remit payment no later than five (5) days from the date of the auction.  Winning bidders can remit payment by cash, cashier's check, credit card, company or personal check, or wire transfer.  Please note credit card payments are limited to a total of $25,000 per customer.  At the Gallery's discretion, payment will not be deemed to have been made in full until funds represented by credit cards or checks have been collected or the authenticity of bank or cashier's checks has been confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery Information

It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to arrange for the shipment of all acquisitions. In the event you are not able nor comfortable to accept deliveries the Larsen Gallery will store your acquisition at no cost until such time shipping arrangements can be arranged.

Local acquisitions may be picked up from the gallery during normal business hours.  The Larsen Gallery is also offering local delivery at no charge on arranged delivery dates to be determined after the auction.  Please note large sculpture is excluded.
